The invention discloses a control surface deflection angle automatic acquisition device, which comprises four angular displacement sensors arranged in a rectangular shape, couplings fixed at one ends of the angular displacement sensors through screws, and sensor cables connected to the other ends of the angular displacement sensors, an inner support, a connecting plate and a bearing are sequentially arranged on the circumference of the joint of the coupling and the angular displacement sensor to form a fastening device; a seat tube clamp wraps the outer end face of the circumference of the coupler, single-lining type flange linear bearings are arranged on the inner end faces of the four opposite inner supports, and the opposite single-lining type flange linear bearings are connected through a fixing frame. The automatic acquisition device realizes the automatic test of the deflection angle of the control surface, can complete the deflection angle test of four control surfaces at the same time, and greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy.

    本发明公开了一种舵面偏转角度自动采集装置,包括四个呈矩形排布的的角位移传感器,通过螺钉固定在角位移传感器一端的联轴器,在角位移传感器的另一端连接有传感器电缆,所述联轴器与角位移传感器连接处的圆周上依次设置有内支座、连接板和轴承组成紧固装置;在联轴器的圆周外端面包覆有座管夹,在四个相对的内支座的内端面设置有单衬型法兰直线轴承,相对的单衬型法兰直线轴承之间通过固定架连接。自动采集装置实现舵面偏转角度自动测试,能同时完成4个舵面的偏转角度测试,大大提高了效率和准确率。
