The invention discloses a winch with a mechanical stall protection device, and relates to the field of winches, the winch comprises a winding drum and a driving motor, two sides of the winding drum are provided with fixed side plates, the side surface of the winding drum is provided with a limiting drum, the limiting drum is aligned with the fixed side plates, and the aligning positions of the fixed side plates and the limiting drum are provided with ratchet discs; two sets of centrifugal mechanisms are symmetrically installed in the limiting cylinder, a centrifugal hammer is installed at the end of each centrifugal mechanism, connecting rods are installed on the outer walls of the centrifugal mechanisms, and pawls are installed at the positions, located on the outer sides of the centrifugal mechanisms, of the limiting cylinder. In addition, through the ratchet disc and the positioning ring, in the deceleration stopping process of the winding drum, impact force is firstly absorbed through multiple sets of buffer springs, impact on the ratchet disc is reduced, then impact damage to the ratchet disc and the pawl is reduced, in the stopping process, the ratchet disc and the pawl can be driven to be tightly attached through the buffer springs, and therefore the safety of the winding drum is improved. The pawl is prevented from being separated from the ratchet disc.

    本发明公开了一种具有机械失速保护装置的卷扬机,涉及卷扬机领域,包括收卷筒与驱动电机,所述收卷筒的两侧安装有固定侧板,所述收卷筒的侧面安装有限位筒,且限位筒与固定侧板对齐,固定侧板与限位筒的对齐位置安装有棘盘,所述限位筒的内部对称安装有两组离心机构,且每组离心机构的端部皆安装有离心锤,离心机构的外壁安装有连杆,所述限位筒位于每组离心机构的外侧安装有棘爪。本发明还通过设置的棘盘、定位环,能够对收卷筒进行减速停止过程中,通过多组缓冲弹簧首先对冲击力进行吸收,减少对棘盘的冲击,进而减少对棘盘与棘爪的冲击损坏,且在停止过程中,能够通过缓冲弹簧带动棘盘与棘爪紧密贴合,避免棘爪与棘盘分离。
