A plurality of lifting hooks are arranged on a second lifting scaffold in the circumferential direction of the second lifting scaffold, are connected with a first lifting scaffold through chains and can slide in the radial direction of the second lifting scaffold, and upper guide wheels and lower guide wheels which are in rolling contact with the second lifting scaffold correspondingly are rotationally arranged on the lifting hooks; a control panel is coaxially and rotatably arranged at the lower end of the second hanging scaffold, driving surfaces matched with the multiple lifting hooks one to one are arranged on the periphery of the control panel, a limiting piece used for locking and unlocking the control panel is slidably arranged on the second hanging scaffold in the vertical direction, and a reset piece used for driving the control panel to reset is slidably arranged on the second hanging scaffold; when the upper end face of the workpiece abuts against the lower end face of the control panel, the limiting piece can be abutted upwards by the workpiece so that the limiting piece can unlock the control panel, and then when the first hanging scaffold moves upwards relative to the second hanging scaffold, the multiple lifting hooks can gather towards the middle to hook the workpiece. The annular workpiece hoisting device is beneficial to stable and convenient hoisting of annular workpieces.
