The invention relates to a hoisting method for a block with an asymmetric structure. During hoisting, the method comprises the steps that 1, the gravity center position of the block is determined; 2, a first set of lifting points and a second set of lifting points are symmetrically selected on one side of the width center line of the block about the gravity center position, and the distance between the first set of lifting points and the gravity center position is the same as that between the second set of lifting points and the gravity center position; selecting a third group of lifting points on the other side of the width center line of the block, wherein the vertical distances from the centers of the three groups of lifting points to the width center line of the block are equal; the extension line of the center of the third group of lifting points along the width direction of the block is positioned between the first group of lifting points and the second group of lifting points; 3, a lifting ring is installed, and a lifting hook of the gantry crane is connected with the lifting ring; and 4, the block is normally hoisted to a dock for carrying through a gantry crane. According to the gantry crane, the hoisting of the block can be realized by a single gantry crane through the selection of the hoisting point positions, the arrangement of additional reinforcing ribs is avoided through the selection of the hoisting point positions, and the hoisting safety is ensured while the hoisting cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种结构不对称总段的吊装方法,吊装时:步骤1、确定总段的重心位置;步骤2、在总段宽度中心线的一侧关于重心位置对称选择第一组吊点和第二组吊点,第一组吊点和第二组吊点距离重心位置的距离相同;在总段宽度中心线的另外一侧选择第三组吊点,三组吊点的中心距离总段宽度中心线的垂直距离相等;第三组吊点的中心沿总段宽度方向的延伸线位于第一组吊点和第二组吊点之间;步骤3、安装吊环,将龙门吊的吊钩与吊环连接;步骤4、通过龙门吊将总段正态吊装至船坞进行搭载。本发明通过吊点位置的选择,可以实现单台龙门吊实现总段的吊装,通过吊点位置的选择,避免增加额外的加强筋设置,降低吊装成本的同时保证了吊装的安全。
