The high-strength train windshield aluminum profile comprises a strip-shaped base plate, a top block and a clamping block, side plates are vertically connected to the two sides of the strip-shaped base plate, and arc-shaped plates protruding outwards are arranged on the outer side walls of the strip-shaped base plate; a plurality of groups of positioning pipes are connected between the arc-shaped plates and the corresponding side plates; the two groups of top blocks vertically slide on the two groups of side plates respectively, the inner side surfaces of the two groups of top blocks are inclined surfaces, and the outer side surfaces of the two groups of clamping blocks are inclined surfaces; the inclined surfaces of the two groups of clamping blocks are in sliding connection with the inclined surfaces of the corresponding top blocks, and the upper parts of the inclined surfaces of the two groups of clamping blocks are transversely connected with a plurality of groups of guide rods which are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of groups of positioning pipes and are movably sleeved with the positioning pipes; the two sets of bolts are arranged on the strip-shaped base plate and are in threaded connection with the bottoms of the two sets of jacking blocks respectively, the corresponding jacking blocks can be controlled to ascend and descend by rotating the bolts, the two sets of clamping blocks can be made to be close to each other, and therefore the glass plate can be clamped and positioned, and the clamping tightness degree of the two sets of clamping plates can be controlled through the feeding amount of the bolts.

    本发明公开了一种高强度列车风挡铝型材,包括条形基板、顶块和夹块,所述条形基板的两侧竖向连接有侧板,其外侧壁均设有向外突出的弧形板;所述弧形板与对应的侧板之间连接有多组定位管;两组所述顶块分别竖向滑动于两组侧板上,两组所述顶块的内侧面均设为斜面,两组所述夹块的外侧面均设为斜面;两组所述夹块的斜面与对应的顶块的斜面滑动连接,两组所述夹块的斜面的上部横向连接有多组导杆,与多组所述定位管一一对应且活动套接;条形基板上设有两组螺栓,分别与两组顶块的底部螺纹连接,转动螺栓,可控制对应的顶块升降,可以使两组夹块靠近,从而起到对玻璃板夹持定位的作用,可以通过螺栓的进给量来控制两组夹板的夹持松紧程度。
