The adjustable anti-rollover forklift frame comprises a frame body, a front jacking oil cylinder and an adjustable structure. Arc-shaped guide rails and adjusting holes are symmetrically formed in two side plates of the front part of the frame main body; the adjustable structure comprises a first adjusting rod, a second adjusting rod, a connecting piece and an auxiliary wheel, the first adjusting rod is hinged to the end of the second adjusting rod through a cylindrical pin, the auxiliary wheel is installed at the other end of the second adjusting rod, the cylindrical pin is installed in the adjusting hole, and the two ends of the connecting piece are connected with the first adjusting rod and the second adjusting rod respectively; the telescopic end of the front jacking oil cylinder is connected with the first adjusting rod through a front jacking oil cylinder pin, and the front jacking oil cylinder pin is arranged in the arc-shaped guide rail in a penetrating mode. By arranging the front jacking oil cylinder and the adjustable structure, the gravity center of the whole forklift can be adjusted, so that when the gravity center of the whole forklift inclines forwards and the risk of tipping exists when the whole forklift carries heavy objects, the stability of the whole forklift is improved by adjusting the gravity center of the whole forklift, the whole forklift is prevented from tipping, and the safety of the whole forklift, goods and workers is protected.

    本发明公开一种可调节式防倾翻叉车车架和防倾翻叉车,包括:车架主体、前顶油缸和可调节结构。车架主体的前部两侧板上对称开设有弧形导轨和调节孔;可调节结构包括调节杆一、调节杆二、连接件和辅助轮,调节杆一通过圆柱销与调节杆二端部铰接,辅助轮安装在调节杆二的另一端,圆柱销安装在调节孔内,连接件的两端分别连接调节杆一和调节杆二;前顶油缸的伸缩端通过前顶油缸销与调节杆一相连,前顶油缸销穿设在弧形导轨内。通过设置前顶油缸和可调节结构能够实现叉车整车的重心调节,以在叉车整车在搬运重物而导致整车重心前倾,存在倾翻风险时,通过调节整车的重心来提升整车的稳定性,防止整车倾翻,保护整车、货物和工作人员的安全。
