The invention relates to the technical field of glass installation, in particular to an ultra-large glass installation lifting device which comprises an L-shaped column, a square disc, a multi-stage hydraulic rod, a push plate, a first bearing block, a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate, an electric rotating shaft, a first connecting block, an electric suction cup and a plug pin. L-shaped columns are fixedly connected to four right angles of the box body; a plurality of square plates are arranged on the upper side of the box body in a stacked mode, and the square plates are located in a space defined by all the L-shaped columns. A plurality of multi-stage hydraulic rods are fixedly connected to the inner side of the box body; in the hoisting process, only the position of the first connecting plate needs to be manually finely adjusted to move the first connecting plate into the positioning groove of the first bearing block, then the electric suction cup can be aligned with the center position of each glass piece, and compared with the mode that the electric suction cup manually controlled to shake is attached to the center position of the glass piece, the positioning operation is more convenient, and positioning errors can be avoided; and besides the crane, the parts of the device can be used as a goods shelf for storing the glass pieces, so that the transportation process is optimized.

    本发明涉及玻璃安装的技术领域,尤其涉及一种超大型玻璃安装用起吊设备,包括有L形柱、方形盘、多级液压杆、推板、承接块一、连接板一、连接板二、电动转轴、连接块一、电动吸盘和插销;箱体四个直角处均固接有一个L形柱;箱体上侧层叠设置有若干个方形盘,且方形盘位于所有L形柱围成的空间内;箱体内侧固接有若干个多级液压杆;吊装过程中,只需人工微调连接板一的位置,使其移动至承接块一的定位槽中,即可使电动吸盘与每块玻璃件的中心位置对齐,相较于人工控制摇晃的电动吸盘贴合玻璃件中心位置,此定位操作更加便捷,且能避免定位失误,此外,本装置吊车以外的零件还可作为一个货物架用于存放玻璃件,优化运输流程。
