The invention discloses a vacuum adsorption lifting appliance applied to a shield steel pipe piece and a using method thereof.The lifting appliance comprises a top plate matched with the shield steel pipe piece in radian, a bottom plate, a radial stiffening plate and an axial stiffening plate, the radial stiffening plate and the axial stiffening plate are connected between the top plate and the bottom plate, and evenly-distributed bolts and cushion blocks connected with the bolts in a threaded mode penetrate through the four edges of the bottom plate; the cushion block is arranged on the shield steel pipe piece, and a vacuum suction cup positioning hole is formed in the top plate. According to the invention, the problem of fire safety caused by welding and cutting operation and the problem of influence of dense smoke on air in a tunnel are avoided, the shield tunneling machine can work continuously, and the shield tunneling machine has the advantages of high safety, high reliability, good stability and high shield construction efficiency.

    本发明公开一种应用于盾构钢管片的真空吸附吊具及其使用方法,该吊具包括与盾构钢管片的弧度相匹配的顶板、底板以及连接在二者之间的径向加劲板和轴向加劲板,所述底板的四边贯穿有均匀分布的螺栓及其螺纹连接的垫块,所述垫块设置在盾构钢管片上,所述顶板上设置有真空吸盘定位孔。本发明避免了焊接、切割作业带来的动火安全问题、浓烟对隧道内空气的影响的问题,能够使盾构机连续工作,具有安全性高、可靠性高、稳定性好、盾构施工效率高的优点。
