The method comprises the following steps: acquiring running state data of an elevator sliding part through a sensor, analyzing nonlinear characteristics of torque fluctuation, further performing friction heat energy accumulation treatment, simulating limit tolerance of a steel wire rope, and quantifying a cyclic damage expansion index of the steel wire rope according to a simulation result; and a fracture risk prefactor is identified according to the damage index, a random forest algorithm is utilized to construct an elevator intelligent risk early warning model, and finally the model is sent to a terminal for elevator intelligent risk early warning. According to the method, the elevator risk early warning technology is optimized, so that the elevator risk early warning technology is more perfect.
