According to the speed planning method provided by the invention, the real-time vehicle speed of the vehicle can be defensively planned on the premise of ensuring that the vehicle and the moving object at least keep the safe distance, so that poor driving and riding experience caused by sudden change of the real-time vehicle speed is avoided, and the driving and riding safety is ensured while the driving and riding comfort is improved.
