The invention relates to the technical field of braking, in particular to an electronic parking executing mechanism for intelligent driving of a commercial vehicle and a control system. The electronic parking executing mechanism comprises a distribution assembly, a shell assembly, a first adjusting assembly and a second adjusting assembly. The first abutting area is an annular area on the peripheral side, away from one side of the first shell, of the first hole in the first valve plate; a leakage gap generated by abutting of the first abutting area and the second valve plate is smaller than a leakage gap generated by abutting of the second abutting area and the second valve plate. In the process that the second valve plate rotates around the central axis of the second valve plate, the electronic parking executing mechanism comprises a first working state and a second working state; in the first working state, the first abutting area abuts against part of the second valve plate on the peripheral side of the third groove, and the fourth opening, the first communicating unit, the third groove, the first hole and the third opening communicate in sequence; therefore, the problem that the trailer is difficult to park is solved.
