The invention discloses a power battery direct current charging fault processing method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting charging gun interface state information and power battery information; s2, analyzing and identifying the collected data information, and judging whether to enter a charging process or not; s3, the charging condition of the power battery is monitored and controlled, whether a fault exists or not is determined, and the fault condition is recorded and stored; the step S2 specifically comprises the following sub-steps: S21, charging and awakening a BMS based on charging gun interface state information; s22, identifying a wake-up signal and an activation flag bit; and S23, judging whether to enter a charging process or not. On the basis of the national standard direct current charging protocol, the vehicle is comprehensively detected before being charged through charging gun interface judgment, power battery diagnosis and other condition judgment, the safety of direct current charging is greatly enhanced, and the safety of personnel and property is protected.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池直流充电故障处理方法,包括以下步骤:S1.采集充电枪接口状态信息以及动力电池信息;S2.对采集到的数据信息进行分析识别,并判断是否进入充电流程;S3.对动力电池充电情况进行监测并控制,确定是否存在故障并对故障情况进行记录存储;所述S2步骤具体包括以下子步骤:S21.基于充电枪接口状态信息进行充电唤醒BMS;S22.识别唤醒信号以及激活标志位;S23.判断是否进入充电流程。本发明在国标直流充电协议的基础上,通过充电枪接口判断、动力电池诊断等条件判断,使车辆在充电前获得全面的检测,大大增强直流充电的安全性,保护人员和财产的安全。
