According to the vehicle trajectory prediction method considering gradual bidirectional interaction provided by the invention, the network model capable of fully extracting bidirectional interaction information between vehicles is constructed, the trajectory and spatial position information of the predicted vehicle and other surrounding vehicles are extracted step by step as input, motion coding is performed on the vehicle trajectory by using a coding architecture, and the vehicle trajectory prediction accuracy is improved. According to the method, the future trajectory of the vehicle is accurately predicted in combination with the gradual bidirectional interaction relationship between the vehicles, the complex mutual influence between the vehicles is fully considered, different observation tensors are constructed for the predicted vehicle and the surrounding vehicles according to the respective conditions, and the space information between the vehicles is extracted by using a convolutional pooling network. According to the method, interaction information between different vehicles is reasonably processed, finally, the extracted interaction information is input into a decoder, the future trajectory of the predicted vehicle is obtained in multiple segments, the influence of the future trajectory of the predicted vehicle and the future trajectory of surrounding vehicles on each other is fully considered, and the trajectory prediction precision is improved.
本发明提供的一种考虑逐步双向交互的车辆轨迹预测方法,构建了可以充分提取车辆之间双向交互信息的网络模型,通过逐步提取被预测车辆与周围其他车辆的轨迹和空间位置信息作为输入,使用编码架构对车辆轨迹进行运动编码,结合车辆之间的逐步双向交互关系,准确预测出车辆的未来轨迹,并且充分考虑车辆之间复杂的相互影响,为被预测车辆和周围车辆针对各自情况构建了不同的观测张量,并使用卷积池化网络提取车辆间的空间信息,合理处理不同车辆间的相互作用信息,最后将提取出的交互信息输入解码器中,分多段得到被预测车辆的未来轨迹,充分考虑被预测车辆和周围车辆的未来轨迹对彼此的影响,提高轨迹预测的精度。
