The unmanned aerial vehicle hanging bracket is fixed to the bottom of an unmanned aerial vehicle, the unmanned aerial vehicle camera, the air pump and the control system are fixed to the unmanned aerial vehicle hanging bracket, the upper end of the conductive suction cup hanging bracket is fixed to the unmanned aerial vehicle hanging bracket, the conductive suction cup is fixed to the conductive suction cup hanging bracket, and the air pump and the control system are connected with the conductive suction cup. According to the system and the method, the problem that the resistance of the lightning protection grounding loop of the blade of the wind turbine generator cannot be directly detected in the installation process and the operation and maintenance process can be solved.
