The invention discloses a ceramic matrix composite wing connecting structure capable of preventing airfoil heat flow conduction, belongs to the technical field of aircraft airfoils, and solves the problems that a traditional airfoil formed by combining a ceramic matrix composite framework and a metal wing shaft is poor in mechanical property and large in weight in a high-temperature environment. The composite material square wing shaft specifically comprises a composite material square wing shaft body, and an I-shaped beam is arranged in the composite material square wing shaft body; the I-shaped beam is connected with a metal joint; heat insulation cloth is arranged between the metal joint and the I-shaped beam; a joint connecting rod is arranged on the metal joint; the connector connecting rod penetrates through the metal steel sleeve and is connected with the cabin body. The composite material square wing shaft is of a hollow square structure, the I-shaped beam is arranged in the composite material square wing shaft so that the mechanical property of the composite material square wing shaft can be improved, and compared with a traditional metal wing shaft, the bearing capacity of the composite material square wing shaft is improved while weight reduction is achieved; the composite material square wing shaft and the cabin body are connected through the metal joint, a stable wing surface and cabin section connecting mode is formed, and the reliability of connection between the wing surface and the cabin body is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种可阻止翼面热流传导的陶瓷基复合材料机翼连接结构,属于飞行器翼面技术领域,解决了传统的陶瓷基复合材料骨架和金属翼轴结合的翼面在高温环境下力学性能差,重量大的问题;其具体包括复合材料方形翼轴,复合材料方形翼轴内部设置有工字梁;工字梁上连接有金属接头;金属接头与工字梁之间设置有隔热布;金属接头上设置有接头连接杆;接头连接杆贯穿金属钢套与舱体连接。本发明中复合材料方形翼轴为中空的方形结构,其内部设置工字梁,以提高其力学性能,相对于传统的金属翼轴,实现减重的同时提升了其承载能力;通过金属接头连接复合材料方形翼轴和舱体,形成稳固的翼面与舱段连接方式,保证了翼面与舱体之间连接的可靠性。
