The invention discloses an avionics bus data-based equipment fault diagnosis method, which comprises the following steps of S1, collecting M types of avionics bus data in a work period, and constructing an avionics bus data matrix; s2, giving K working environments of the target equipment; s3, for the fault-free target equipment, constructing an avionics bus data matrix in a working environment, and calculating a reference avionics bus data matrix; s4, obtaining an avionics data matrix of the target equipment of various fault types in each working environment; s5, constructing a sample set corresponding to the fault-free target equipment and the target equipment of multiple fault types; s6, adopting a machine learning method to construct a classifier model, and training to obtain a maturely trained classifier; and S7, performing fault diagnosis on the to-be-detected target equipment based on the classifier which is maturely trained, and judging whether the to-be-detected target equipment has a fault or not. Based on the avionics bus data of each period, accurate fault diagnosis can be realized.
本发明公开了一种基于航电总线数据的设备故障诊断方法,包括以下步骤:S1.对一个工作周期内的M种航电总线数据进行采集,并构建航电总线数据矩阵;S2.给定目标设备的K种工作环境;S3.对于无故障的目标设备,构建工作环境下的航电总线数据矩阵,并计算基准航电总线数据矩阵;S4.获取得到各种故障类型的目标设备在每一种工作环境下的航电数据矩阵;S5.构建无故障的目标设备和多种故障类型的目标设备对应的样本集;S6.采用机器学习方法构建分类器模型,并训练得到训练成熟的分类器;S7.基于训练成熟的分类器对待检测的目标设备进行故障诊断,判断待检测的目标设备是否出现故障。本发明基于每一个周期的航电总线数据,能够实现准确的故障诊断。
