The invention relates to an urban traffic cloud side-end integrated collaborative management and control method, system and platform, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a plurality of intersection sets through clustering; for any intersection set, configuring a traffic signal control strategy for each intersection in each intersection set by adopting conditional judgment logic; in response to a signal control task generated at an intersection, constructing a total optimization objective function, and forming a cloud edge-end collaborative scheduling model in combination with an algorithm; and intelligently distributing a signal control task to the marginal small stations for processing based on the model, and forming global traffic situation awareness by analyzing summarized data from the marginal small stations so as to cooperatively control traffic signal control strategies configured at all intersections. According to the method, through accurate intersection clustering, real-time signal control strategy configuration, efficient cloud side-end cooperative scheduling and global traffic situation awareness, the advantages of edge calculation are efficiently utilized, network delay is remarkably reduced, and remarkable benefit improvement is brought to urban traffic management.
