A cable drum is omitted, the fault rate of a power supply system of the traveling crane magnet disc is reduced, the cable is fixed through the cable frame and the cable fixing unit in the magnet disc, and the service life of the cable is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种起重机电磁吸盘电缆收集装置,属于起重机技术领域。包括吊钩组以及分别设置在吊钩组两侧的支撑座、配重块,支撑座上设有用于存放电缆的电缆框,电缆依次通过下导向单元、上导向单元进入到电缆框中;吊钩组底部挂有吸铁盘,电缆框底部安装有电缆连接器,电缆框内的电缆引出到电缆连接器,再连接至吸铁盘中;电缆框、吸铁盘中均设有用于固定电缆的电缆固定单元。本发明取消了电缆卷筒,降低了行车吸铁盘供电系统故障率,通过电缆框、吸铁盘中的电缆固定单元来固定电缆,延长了电缆的使用寿命。
