The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft part tests, and provides a vacuum thermal examination system for an aircraft and a simulation test method.The vacuum thermal examination system comprises a vacuum chamber, quartz glass, a water-cooling flange, a water-cooling cover and a quartz lamp, the vacuum chamber is used for containing a test piece, and a through hole is formed in the vacuum chamber; the quartz glass corresponds to the through hole; the water cooling flange is connected with the vacuum cabin and presses and fixes the quartz glass; the water cooling cover is arranged on the outer side of the quartz glass, and a cooling flow channel is formed in the water cooling cover; and the quartz lamp and the water cooling cover are relatively fixed so as to heat the test piece through radiation of the quartz glass. According to the invention, the quartz glass is arranged on the vacuum chamber, so that the quartz lamp can be arranged outside the chamber for radiation heating, and the influence of pressure change on the quartz lamp is avoided; meanwhile, the water cooling cover is arranged outside the cabin and used for installing the quartz lamp, cooling water circulates in the water cooling cover for cooling, and therefore the installation stability of the quartz lamp can be guaranteed, and meanwhile the thermal protection effect can be achieved.
本发明涉及飞行器部件试验技术领域,提出了一种飞行器用真空热考核系统及模拟试验方法,包括真空舱、石英玻璃、水冷法兰、水冷罩和石英灯,其中,真空舱用于容置试验件,且真空舱上设置有通孔;石英玻璃对应通孔设置;水冷法兰与真空舱相连接,并压持固定石英玻璃;水冷罩设置在石英玻璃的外侧,且水冷罩的内部开设有冷却流道;石英灯与水冷罩相对固定,以通过石英玻璃辐射加热试验件。本发明通过在真空舱上设置石英玻璃,如此可将石英灯设置在舱外进行辐射加热,从而避免压力变化对石英灯造成影响;同时舱外设置有水冷罩用于安装石英灯,水冷罩壳流通冷却水进行降温,以此可保证石英灯安装的稳定性,同时可实现热防护效果。
