The invention discloses a driver health monitoring and early warning method and system, and belongs to the technical field of automobile intelligent cabins, and the method comprises the steps: calling camera data in a DMS in an intelligent cabin, positioning the chest of a driver, and obtaining three-dimensional coordinates of the chest part of the driver in a driving cabin space; adjusting a millimeter wave radar integrated in a steering wheel to send a radar signal by combining the three-dimensional coordinates positioned to the chest part; receiving an echo signal of the radar signal interfered by the fluctuating cavity motion of the thoracic cavity part; carrying out real-time extraction on a respiration signal and a heartbeat signal based on the echo signal to obtain a vital sign signal; performing feature extraction on the vital sign signals to obtain vital sign parameters; analyzing the vital sign parameters; and when the vital sign parameter exceeds a threshold value, sending an exception handling request. According to the method, cardiopulmonary data of a driver are analyzed, and occurrence of sudden cardiopulmonary diseases such as inhibitory respiration and heartbeat pause is judged in advance.

    本发明公开一种驾驶员健康监测及预警方法及系统,属于汽车智能座舱技术领域,该方法包括:调用智能座舱中DMS中的摄像头数据,对驾驶员胸腔定位,得到驾驶员胸部部分在驾舱空间中的三位坐标;结合定位到胸腔部分的三维坐标,调整集成在方向盘中毫米波雷达发送雷达信号;接收经胸腔部分起伏腔运动干涉后的雷达信号的回波信号;基于所述回波信号进行呼吸信号和心跳信号的实时提取,得到生命体征信号;对生命体征信号进行特征提取,得到生命体征参数;对生命体征参数进行分析;当所述生命体征参数超过阈值时,发送异常处理请求。该方法对驾驶员心肺数据进行分析,提前判断心肺突发性疾病例如抑制性呼吸和心跳暂停等危机异常情况的产生。
