The invention discloses a multi-mode Internet of Vehicles congestion propagation optimization method based on a niche genetic algorithm. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring Internet of Vehicles information; the method comprises the following steps: performing mathematical modeling on an Internet of Vehicles congestion propagation influence maximization problem by using Internet of Vehicles information to respectively obtain a congestion propagation dynamic mechanism and an objective function of maximizing the number of Internet of Vehicles congestion road sections; a plurality of heterogeneous congested road section combinations capable of maximizing the number of the congested road sections of the Internet of Vehicles are calculated by adopting a genetic algorithm of an ecological niche technology based on fitness sharing and taking maximization of the number of the congested road sections of the Internet of Vehicles as an optimization target. According to the method, the problem that the existing method is limited to only generate a single road section combination which maximizes the influence of the road network congestion state is solved, and a plurality of heterogeneous road section combinations with excellent performance can be provided based on the genetic algorithm of the niche technology of fitness sharing and the problem of maximizing the influence of a single evolution process on the congestion propagation of the Internet of Vehicles.
本发明公开了一种基于小生境遗传算法的多模态车联网拥堵传播优化方法,包括下述步骤:获取车联网信息;以车联网信息对车联网拥堵传播影响力最大化问题进行数学建模,分别得到拥堵传播动态机制和以车联网拥堵路段数目最大化的目标函数;采用基于适应度共享的小生境技术的遗传算法,以车联网拥堵路段数目最大化为优化目标,计算出多个异构的能使车联网拥堵路段数目最大化的拥堵路段组合。本发明解决了现有的局限于仅生成单一使路网拥堵状态影响最大化的路段组合的问题,基于适应度共享的小生境技术的遗传算法和能在单次演化过程对车联网拥堵传播影响力最大化问题提供多个异构且表现优秀的路段组合。
