本发明涉及风机吊装领域,具体涉及一种具有安全防护结构的风机吊装装置,包括外吊装架。本发明通过驱动固定箱移动的过程中,可以使内螺纹套筒根据孔位的直径进行调整,并且在此过程中通过弹簧二向定位板和固定板施加压力,使装置整体移动到风机塔身中心的位置,使四组内螺纹套筒可以精准的寻找到孔位,且承载板的移动完成动力转换,此时弹簧二使螺杆和内螺纹块自锁,同时内螺纹套筒移动,由于固定箱的位置自锁,避免孔位错位发生,使螺纹套筒配合固定框完成固定连接,此种结构可以在锁止的过程中自动完成孔位的定位,且通过定位和动力的切换,完成双重的自锁结构,保证连接的稳定,且后续不需要人工攀高手动拆卸,降低了操作的难度和危险性。
