The invention relates to the technical field of automobile foot mats, in particular to an anti-electromagnetic radiation automobile foot mat and a production method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 4, 4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, polyethylene glycol 2000, 1, 4-butanediol, a flame retardant and modified graphene to prepare a polyurethane emulsion; wherein the modified graphene is obtained by modifying graphene oxide with 3-glycidyl ether oxypropyl trimethoxy silane, and the flame retardant is obtained by reacting vanillin with phosphorus oxychloride to obtain an intermediate and then sequentially reacting with ethanolamine and melamine. Coating release paper with the polyurethane emulsion, drying the release paper, laminating the release paper with carbon fiber cloth, and performing lamination, curing and cooling to obtain surface leather; taking the base cloth, sequentially superposing the buffer layer and the surface leather on the upper surface of the base cloth, and gluing and compounding to obtain the anti-electromagnetic radiation foot pad. The prepared automobile foot mat is good in performance and meets daily application requirements.

    本发明涉及汽车脚垫技术领域,具体为一种防电磁辐射汽车脚垫及其生产方法。本发明将4,4‑二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇2000、1,4‑丁二醇、阻燃剂、改性石墨烯混合制备聚氨酯乳液;其中,所述改性石墨烯由3‑缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷对氧化石墨烯改性得到,所述阻燃剂由将香草醛和三氯氧磷反应得到中间体,再依次与乙醇胺、三聚氰胺反应得到。将聚氨酯乳液涂覆在离型纸上,烘干后与碳纤维布贴合,经过层压、熟化、冷却得到面革;取底布,依次在其上表面叠加缓冲层、面革,胶粘复合,得到防电磁辐射脚垫。本发明制备的汽车脚垫性能良好,满足日常应用需要。
