The invention provides an intelligent control system with symmetrically arranged synchronizers and adjustable parameters. The intelligent control system comprises a tractor, an airborne displayer, an intelligent armrest box controller, a proportional reversing electromagnetic valve, a power gear shifting gearbox, a horizontal acceleration sensor and a synchronizer synchronizing ring. Two proportional reversing electromagnetic valves are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of a synchronizing ring of the synchronizer, valve elements are provided with gear shifting blocks, and the proportional reversing electromagnetic valves and the gear shifting blocks obtain the same PWM voltage control signals and cooperatively shift the synchronizing ring to achieve power gear shifting. The speed ratios of the two sides of the power synchronizer are different, the running speeds of the whole machine are different, and the time lengths required by gear shifting synchronization of the whole machine synchronizer are different; the synchronization durations of gear shifting, gear increasing and gear reducing between the synchronizers are different; the input rotating speed of a power gear shifting gearbox can greatly influence the gear shifting smoothness of a power synchronizer, in order to reduce the gear shifting impact between gears of the power synchronizer, all gear shifting parameters need to be controlled by an intelligent armrest box controller in a coordinated mode, and initial debugging gear shifting parameters are deployed and confirmed through an onboard displayer.
本申请提供一种同步器对称布置参数可调的智能操控系统,包括:拖拉机、机载显示器、智能扶手箱控制器、比例换向电磁阀、动力换挡变速箱、水平加速度传感器及同步器同步环;同步器的同步环两侧对称布置两个比例换向电磁阀,阀芯均装有换挡拨头,两者均获得相同的PWM电压控制信号并协同拨动同步环实现动力换挡;动力同步器两侧速比不同,整机运行速度有差异,整机同步器换挡同步所需时长不同;同步器间换挡、增挡降挡同步时长均有差异;动力换挡变速箱输入转速对动力同步器换挡平顺性会产生较大影响,为减小动力同步器各挡间换挡冲击,各换挡参数需智能扶手箱控制器协调控制,初始调试换挡参数通过机载显示器调配、确认。
