The invention discloses an elevator allocation method which comprises the steps that 1, it is recognized that a first passenger enters a first elevator taking mode, and the first elevator taking mode indicates that the first passenger temporarily leaves a lift car or an elevator waiting hall of a first elevator stopping on a first floor where the first passenger is located and then returns and takes the elevator immediately; 2, the first elevator is controlled to stop on a first floor where the first passenger is located; 3, whether the first passenger returns or not is judged, if yes, the first elevator is controlled to provide conveying service for the first passenger, and the process is finished, and if not, the step 4 is executed; 4, judging whether a new elevator calling signal from the second passenger appears or not, if so, entering the next step, and otherwise, returning to the step 3; and 5, the first strategy is adopted to control the elevator, and according to the first strategy, the first elevator is controlled to continue to stop on the first floor to provide the conveying service for the first passenger, and meanwhile, a second elevator different from the first elevator is controlled to provide the conveying service for the second passenger. 本发明公开了一种电梯调配方法,包括:步骤1、识别第一乘客进入第一乘梯模式,所述第一乘梯模式表示第一乘客短暂离开停靠在其所在的第一楼层的第一电梯的轿厢或候梯厅后会马上返回并搭乘电梯;步骤2、控制第一电梯停靠在第一乘客所在的第一楼层;步骤3、判断第一乘客是否已返回,若是则控制第一电梯为第一乘客提供运送服务,结束,否则转入步骤4;步骤4、判断是否出现来自第二乘客的新呼梯信号,若是则进入下一步骤,否则返回步骤3;步骤5、采用第一策略控制电梯,所述第一策略为:控制第一电梯继续停靠在第一楼层为第一乘客提供运送服务,同时控制不同于第一电梯的第二电梯为第二乘客提供运送服务。本发明可以减小电梯的启动次数,缩短电梯的运行距离,降低电梯能耗。
