An externally-hung integrated PIV flow field measuring device suitable for a multi-hull ship comprises a main body device, a transverse adjusting mechanism is fixed to the top face of the main body device, the two ends of the transverse adjusting mechanism are installed on adjacent hull decks of a catamaran in a sliding mode, the bottom of the middle position of the transverse adjusting mechanism is fixed to the main body device through an extension frame, and the extension frame can slide in the width direction of the hull. The main body device is arranged in the moon pool space of the adjacent ship body; the main body device structurally comprises a vertically-arranged supporting rapier, a sheet light source is installed in a sealed space in the supporting rapier, and a cable penetrates out of a notch in the top of the supporting rapier; a sheet light steering cylinder is arranged at the bottom of the supporting rapier, camera cylinders are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the sheet light steering cylinder, camera assemblies are installed in sealed spaces in the camera cylinders, and view field steering cylinders and downstream caps are sequentially installed outside the camera cylinders. After being installed and calibrated in a laboratory environment, the device is directly hung on a real ship for measurement, so that the real ship propeller flow field measurement efficiency is improved.
一种适用于多体船外挂一体式PIV流场测量装置,包括主体装置,其顶面固定有横向调整机构,其两端滑动安装在双体船相邻船体甲板上,横向调整机构的中间位置底部通过延长架与主体装置固定,延长架能够在船体宽度方向上滑动,主体装置则布置在相邻船体月池空间内;主体装置的结构为:包括竖直设置的支撑剑杆,支撑剑杆内部密封空间内安装有片光源,线缆从支撑剑杆顶部槽口穿出;支撑剑杆的底部设置有片光转向筒,片光转向筒的两端对称布置有相机筒,相机筒内部密封空间内安装有相机组件,相机筒的外部依次安装有视场转向筒和顺流帽。在实验室环境下完成安装标定后直接外挂在实船上进行测量,提高了实船推进器流场测量效率。
