The invention provides a high-speed railway track geometric short wave band dynamic irregularity control method and device. The method comprises the following steps: determining a track dynamic short wave irregularity control wave band; obtaining the correlation of the dynamic irregularity data of the tracks in different wave bands; determining a dynamic irregularity initial limit value of the track dynamic short wave irregularity control wave band; performing statistical analysis on the dynamic irregularity amplitude of the track dynamic short-wave irregularity control wave band to obtain a peak value and a cumulative distribution value of the dynamic irregularity amplitude of the track dynamic short-wave irregularity control wave band; determining a dynamic irregularity daily keeping limit value of the track dynamic short wave irregularity control wave band; determining a dynamic irregularity speed limit limit value, a dynamic irregularity planned maintenance limit value and a dynamic irregularity temporary repair limit value of the track dynamic short wave irregularity control wave band according to a vehicle track coupling power simulation result and the dynamic irregularity initial limit value of the track dynamic short wave irregularity control wave band; and the geometric short-wave band irregularity management method and standard of the high-speed railway track are effectively established.
