The invention relates to a charging control method, a charging system, a controller and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicles, the method comprises the following steps: determining a target charging mode from preset charging modes according to the output voltage of a power supply device and the battery voltage of a power battery, the preset charging mode comprises at least one of a boost charging mode, a buck charging mode and a direct connection charging mode. And according to the target charging mode, controlling a switch assembly and an energy storage module so as to pre-charge a pre-charging capacitor through the power supply device and/or the energy storage module. And under the condition that pre-charging is completed, controlling the switch assembly and the energy storage module according to the target charging mode so as to charge the power battery through the power supply device and/or the energy storage module. According to the charging mode corresponding to the output voltage of the power supply device and the battery voltage of the power battery, the pre-charging capacitor is pre-charged and the power battery is charged, power supply devices with different voltages can be compatible, and the adaptability of the power supply device and the charging flexibility are improved.
