The invention discloses a multi-time-scale adjustable capability dynamic checking method for a virtual power plant. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a wind power and photovoltaic power generation output model; establishing a charging and discharging model of the energy storage system; establishing an electric vehicle scheduling potential model; based on a wind power and photovoltaic power generation output model, a charging and discharging model of an energy storage system and an electric vehicle scheduling potential model, a virtual power plant multi-time scale adjustable capability model is formed through addition and serves as an actual description model; and establishing an optimization model which takes the absolute value of the deviation between the adjustable capacity range of the virtual power plant reported to the power grid and the adjustable capacity range of the actual description model as a target function and considers the power grid constraint and the operation state constraint, and realizing dynamic checking of the multi-time-scale adjustable capacity of the virtual power plant. According to the method, multi-dimensional influence factors such as power grid constraints, market demands, operation states and user willingness are considered, and the multi-time-scale adjustable capability and the dynamic checking method of the virtual power plant can be effectively reflected.

    一种虚拟电厂多时间尺度可调能力动态校核方法,包括:构建风电和光伏发电出力的模型;建立储能系统的充放电模型;建立电动汽车调度潜力的模型;基于风电和光伏发电出力的模型、储能系统的充放电模型以及电动汽车调度潜力的模型,经过加和组成虚拟电厂多时间尺度可调能力模型作为实际刻画模型;建立以最小化上报给电网的虚拟电厂可调容量范围与实际刻画模型的可调容量范围的偏差的绝对值为目标函数,考虑电网约束和运行状态约束的优化模型,实现虚拟电厂多时间尺度可调能力动态校核。本发明考虑了电网约束、市场需求、运行状态、用户意愿等多维影响因素,能有效反应虚拟电厂的多时间尺度可调能力与动态校核方法。
