The invention discloses a parking lot parking space management control device based on an image recognition technology, which comprises an embedded processor, a video processing module, an RS232 interface/RS48518 interface, an entrance card reading module, an exit card reading module, a relay output and a channel gate, and is characterized in that the embedded processor comprises a logic control module, a communication module, an input module, an output module and an interface module; the input module comprises a first signal input end and a first signal output end which are used for uploading radar ground sensing state data, the first signal output end of the input module is connected to the input end of the logic control module, and the first output end of the logic control module is electrically connected with the ground lock driving end through the output module. When the radar ground sensing state data input from the input module is matched with the license plate data recorded in the logic control module, the logic control module controls and drives the ground lock to be unlocked so that the automobile chassis cannot touch the ground lock. The parking lock can be effectively prevented from touching the automobile chassis, the system failure rate is reduced, and the safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于图像识别技术的停车场车位管理控制装置,包括嵌入式处理器、视频处理模块、RS232接口/RS48518接口、入口读卡模块、出口读卡模块、继电器输出和通道闸机,嵌入式处理器包括逻辑控制模块、通讯模块、输入模块、输出模块和接口模块,输入模块包括用于上传雷达地感状态数据的第一信号输入端和第一信号输出端,输入模块的第一信号输出端连接于逻辑控制模块的输入端,逻辑控制模块的第一输出端通过输出模块与地锁驱动端电连接,当从输入模块输入的雷达地感状态数据与记录于逻辑控制模块的车牌数据相匹配时,逻辑控制模块控制驱动地锁开启以使汽车底盘不会触碰到地锁。本发明能够有效避免地锁触碰到汽车底盘,减少系统故障率,提升安全性。
