The invention discloses a differentiated road section traffic volume prediction method based on an LGBM algorithm, and belongs to the technical field of machine learning methods and traffic volume prediction.The differentiated road section traffic volume prediction method comprises the steps that traffic volume data before and after differentiation are preprocessed and divided to obtain training sample data and test sample data, model initial parameters are set, and the model initial parameters are set to obtain a model; carrying out model training on the training sample data by adopting a training strategy in an iteration process based on an LGBM algorithm so as to construct an LGBM model; and according to the LGBM model and the test sample data, traffic volume pre-obtaining a predicted traffic volume is carried out, an LGBM model error is further determined, the process of constructing the LGBM model, namely calculating the LGBM model error, is repeated, and the LGBM model with the minimum error is selected as an optimal model for traffic volume prediction. According to the method, the calculation amount can be reduced, the model training speed can be remarkably improved, and a more accurate prediction result of the traffic volume of the differentiated road section which is more fit with the actual situation is obtained.

    本发明公开了一种基于LGBM算法的差异化路段交通量预测方法,属于机器学习方法和交通量预测技术领域,本发明通过将实行差异化前后的交通量数据进行预处理并划分得到训练样本数据和测试样本数据,设定模型初始参数,基于LGBM算法对训练样本数据在迭代过程中采用训练策略进行模型训练以构建LGBM模型;根据LGBM模型、测试样本数据进行交通量预得到预测交通量进一步确定LGBM模型误差,重复构建LGBM模型即计算LGBM模型误差过程,选择误差最小的LGBM模型为最优模型进行交通量预测。本发明能够减少计算量并显著提升模型训练速度,得到更贴合实际情况且更加精准的差异化路段交通量的预测结果。
