The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle composite material propeller mounting shaft and a preparation technology thereof in the technical field of composite material shaft parts, the unmanned aerial vehicle composite material propeller mounting shaft comprises a composite material hollow shaft and a connector insert, the whole composite material hollow shaft is of a hollow shaft structure and comprises a composite material hollow shaft outer layer and a composite material hollow shaft inner layer, and the inner layer is shorter than the outer layer; the composite material hollow shaft is of a stepped shaft structure and is made of a composite material. The whole connector insert is of a hollow structure and comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part, the first connecting part is of a hollow shaft structure, the second connecting part is of a hollow circular truncated cone structure, bolt holes are distributed in the side face of the second connecting part, and the connector insert is made of metal materials. According to the manufacturing method, the composite propeller mounting shaft is manufactured through the technological method of mold embedding, prepreg tape winding and mold pressing integrated forming, the machining time is saved, close fit between the composite hollow shaft and the metal insert is achieved, and the bonding strength of a metal-composite interface is guaranteed.

    本发明提供了复合材料轴类零件技术领域一种无人机复合材料螺旋桨安装轴及其制备工艺,包括复合材料空心轴和接头嵌件,复合材料空心轴整体为空心轴结构,包括复合材料空心轴外层和复合材料空心轴内层,且内层长度短于外层,呈现出阶梯轴结构,复合材料空心轴采用复合材料制成;接头嵌件整体呈空心结构,包括第一连接部和第二连接部,第一连接部为空心轴结构,第二连接部为空心圆台结构,侧面分布有螺栓孔,且接头嵌件采用金属材料制成。本发明通过预埋模具‑预浸带缠绕‑模压一体成型的工艺方法制备复合材料螺旋桨安装轴,节省了加工时间,实现了复合材料空心轴与金属嵌件之间的紧密配合,保证了金属‑复合材料界面的结合强度。
