The invention aims at providing a large hydro-junction ship lock chamber construction tower crane group operation anti-collision joint control method, and belongs to the engineering monitoring technology. According to the method, an intersection part of a multi-center circular motion system is mapped to a risk area between different tower cranes in a tower crane group, a crane boom starting radius of a tower crane boom is set, the rotation angle of the crane boom relative to the crane boom starting radius is obtained in real time through an angle sensor, and when the rotation angle of the crane boom is close to the risk area, the crane boom starting radius is determined. According to the position relation between the target tower crane and another tower crane having the risk of risk collision with the target tower crane, whether the cargo boom of the target tower crane has the risk of collision or not is judged, and the following rotating state is given; according to the method, when the cargo boom of the tower crane group rotates, whether the target tower crane is safe or not can be judged through the angle obtained by the angle sensor, and the method is more convenient and accurate.

    本研究旨在提出大型水利枢纽船闸闸室施工塔吊群运行防碰撞联控方法,属于工程监测技术;该方法通过将多中心圆周运动系统的相交部分映射到塔吊群中不同塔吊之间存在风险的区域,并设置了塔吊起重臂的起重臂起始半径,通过角度传感器实时获得起重臂相对于起重臂起始半径旋转的角度,起重臂旋转角度接近风险区时,根据目标塔吊和与其存在风险碰撞风险的另一个塔吊的位置关系,判定目标塔吊的起重臂是否存在碰撞的风险,并给出了接下来的旋转状态;该方法使得塔吊群在的起重臂在旋转时,通过角度传感器获得的角度即能判定目标塔吊是否安全,更加方便和准确。
