A sleeve is arranged on the outer side of the buckle clamping ring, one end of the shaft roller and the transmission rod are arranged in the sleeve, the transmission rod is sleeved with a high-strength spring, one end of the high-strength spring is fixedly connected with the shaft roller, and the other end of the high-strength spring is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the sleeve. An anti-falling rope is further arranged on the rotating ring and connected with the hoisting device. Compared with the prior art, during construction of a high-rise steel structure building, after a component is installed in place and unloaded through the device, the internal component is unhooked through the dragging effect of the tripping rope, risks such as falling caused by manual high-altitude operation are avoided, the working efficiency is improved, and it is ensured that the construction progress is stably advanced.

    本发明公开一种钢结构钢柱吊装免上人脱钩装置,包括U型卡扣,U型卡扣的端部设置卡扣卡环,卡扣卡环内设置能够伸缩的轴棍,轴棍的一端连接有传动杆,传动杆的端部设置有转环,转环上设置有脱扣绳,脱扣绳垂至操作面;卡扣卡环的外侧设置有套筒,轴棍的一端和传动杆设置在套筒内,传动杆上套设有高强弹簧,高强弹簧的一端与轴棍固定连接,高强弹簧的另一端与套筒内壁固定连接;转环上还设置有防坠绳,防坠绳与吊装装置连接。与现有技术相比,本发明装置在高层钢结构建筑施工时,利用该装置在构件安装到位进行卸荷后,利用脱扣绳的拽拉作用,引发内部构件发生脱钩作用,避免人工高空作业带来的坠落等风险,提高工作效率,确保施工进度稳步推进。
