The surface tension storage tank is applied to the field of carrier rockets, according to the flight time sequence of the carrier rockets, the propellant remaining amounts of different stages are calculated, a plurality of closed traps composed of capillary screens and shells are sequentially arranged from an air port to a liquid port, and it is guaranteed that the propellant with the flow meeting the requirement and not carrying bubbles is supplied under the flight working condition.
