The invention provides a three-layer lamination differential type conical surface multi-dimensional deformation mechanism, and particularly belongs to the technical field of aircrafts. The three groups of outer-layer supporting sheets, middle-layer supporting sheets and inner-layer supporting sheets are circularly and sequentially arranged, so that the differential type supporting sheets cannot interfere with one another and can form a complete conical surface shape after being completely unfolded in place, and a conical surface formed by the supporting sheets is good in leakproofness and supporting performance. The device comprises a conical surface body and an actuating ring, and further comprises a guide ring, a transmission assembly and a supporting assembly. An actuating ring and a guide ring are arranged on the outer side of the conical surface body, the guide ring is located below the actuating ring, a supporting assembly is arranged below the guide ring and arranged at an opening of the bottom face of the conical surface body, and a transmission assembly is arranged between the guide ring and the supporting assembly. A spherical hinge is fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the actuating ring, a spherical hinge is fixedly mounted on the top surface of the guide ring, and a rigid rod is arranged between the two spherical hinges; a guide groove is formed in the inner side of the actuating ring, and a linear guide piece is arranged in the guide groove.

    本发明提供了一种三层叠片差动式锥面多维变形机构,具体属于飞行器技术领域;通过三组外层支撑片、中层支撑片与内层支撑片为循环依次布置的设置,使得差动式的支撑片无法进行相互干涉,使其能够在完全展开到位后形成完整的锥面维形,使得支撑片形成的锥面密闭性好,支撑性好。本发明包括锥面体和作动环,还包括导向环、传动组件和支撑组件;锥面体外侧设置有作动环与导向环,导向环位于作动环下方,导向环下方设置有支撑组件,支撑组件设置于锥面体底面开口处,导向环与支撑组件之间设置有传动组件;作动环底面固定安装有球铰,导向环顶面固定安装有球铰,两个球铰之间设置有刚性杆;作动环内侧开设有导向槽,导向槽内设置有直线导向件。
