The invention relates to a railway vehicle fusion control system and method.The railway vehicle fusion control system comprises a train operation control unit, a vehicle driving unit and a vehicle execution unit, the vehicle driving unit is connected with a driver console and/or a vehicle-mounted controller through a hard line, and when a train network fails, the vehicle driving unit collects a train hard line instruction through the hard line and sends the train hard line instruction to the vehicle-mounted controller; the traction or braking force of the vehicle is calculated and distributed, and a vehicle execution unit is directly controlled to execute traction or braking operation through a hard wire; a brake execution mechanism in the vehicle execution unit is connected with the driver console and/or the vehicle-mounted controller through a hard wire, and when the vehicle driving unit breaks down, the brake execution mechanism collects an emergency brake instruction and executes emergency brake operation through the hard wire. According to the invention, through fusion of functions of different subsystems of the train and optimization of a hard wire connection mode, equipment redundancy is reduced, the hardware topology of the train is simplified, and the efficiency and safety of traction and braking cooperation are improved.

    本发明涉及一种轨道车辆融合控制系统及方法,包括:列车运行控制单元、车辆驱动单元和车辆执行单元,其中,车辆驱动单元通过硬线与司控台和/或车载控制器连接,当列车网络故障时,车辆驱动单元通过硬线采集列车硬线指令,计算分配本车的牵引或制动力,并分别通过硬线直接控制车辆执行单元执行牵引或制动操作;车辆执行单元中的制动执行机构通过硬线与所述司控台和/或车载控制器连接,当车辆驱动单元故障时,制动执行机构通过硬线采集紧急制动指令并执行紧急制动操作。本发明通过对列车不同子系统的功能的融合以及硬线连接方式的优化,减少了设备冗余,简化车辆硬件拓扑,提升牵引制动协同配合的效率和安全性。
