The invention relates to a vehicle battery lock locking and unlocking mechanism which comprises a shell, a locking and unlocking assembly installed in the shell and a driving assembly driving the locking and unlocking assembly to operate, and the locking and unlocking assembly comprises a hollow shaft body and a locking and unlocking head installed in the hollow shaft body in a floating mode. The vehicle battery lock locking and unlocking mechanism is convenient to assemble and suitable for locking and unlocking of various battery locks, the floating locking and unlocking head enables positioning to be accurate in the locking and unlocking process, rigid impact is avoided, and follow-up maintenance and part replacement are facilitated.
