One end of the core shaft is arranged in the stretching mechanism, the end, located in the stretching mechanism, of the core shaft is connected with the first connector, one end of the core shaft penetrates through the stretching mechanism and then is arranged in the carbon fiber sleeve, one end of the carbon fiber sleeve is attached to the stretching mechanism, and the other end of the carbon fiber sleeve is matched with the opening upper and lower clamp in a clamped mode; a first threaded hole is formed in the end, close to the stretching mechanism, of the mandrel, an inner hole is formed in the mandrel, the inner hole and the first threaded hole are communicated and located on the same transverse axis, a third threaded hole is formed in the end, away from the stretching mechanism, of the mandrel, and a right-angle connector is arranged in the third threaded hole in a threaded fit mode. The mandrel is not prone to generating relative displacement with the carbon fiber sleeve when the temperature changes.
