The invention discloses a self-assembly type wind power maintenance crane which comprises an upper climbing ring beam assembly, a horizontal pile embracing push rod, a lifting oil cylinder, a lower ring beam and a hoisting assembly. The upper climbing ring beam assembly is of a double-layer ring beam structure; the multiple sets of horizontal pile holding push rods are arranged on the upper climbing ring beam assembly and the lower ring beam correspondingly. The lifting oil cylinder is arranged between the double-layer ring beam structures of the upper climbing ring beam assembly; the lower ring beam is positioned below the upper climbing ring beam assembly; and the hoisting assembly is connected to the side edges of the upper climbing ring beam assembly and the lower ring beam. The invention provides wind power maintenance equipment which is not influenced by water depth and tide, can be repeatedly assembled and used on a plurality of pile foundations and independently operates.
