The invention discloses a steel box girder segment river transportation hoisting, overturning and positioning device and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment.The steel box girder segment river transportation hoisting, overturning and positioning device comprises a crane used for hoisting a steel box girder segment; a conveying mechanism is arranged below the crane, and a positioning mechanism and a stabilizing mechanism are arranged between the crane and the conveying mechanism; the positioning mechanism comprises hanging lugs, and the hanging lugs are arranged on the conveying mechanism; the multiple third slings are arranged between the crane and the conveying mechanism; and one end of each third sling is connected with the conveying mechanism through a hanging lug. By arranging the positioning mechanism, the crane can accurately control the conveying mechanism to move by synchronously winding the plurality of third slings and keeping consistent tension, so that the steel box girder section is stably positioned under the crane, and the accurate positioning of the steel box girder section on the river surface is realized.

    本发明公开了一种钢箱梁节段河运吊装翻转定位装置及其施工方法,涉及吊装设备技术领域,包括用于吊装钢箱梁节段的起重机;起重机的下方设置有输送机构,起重机和输送机构之间设置有定位机构和稳定机构;定位机构包括:挂耳,多个挂耳设置于输送机构;第三吊索,多个第三吊索设置于起重机和输送机构之间;且每个第三吊索的一端均通过挂耳与输送机构连接。本发明通过设置定位机构,通过同步收卷多个第三吊索并保持一致的张力,起重机可精确控制输送机构移动,使钢箱梁节段稳定地定位在起重机正下方,从而实现钢箱梁节段在河面上的精准定位。
