The invention relates to an annular deorbit sail based on memory alloy, and relates to the technical field of spacecraft deorbit reentry. The device comprises a structure main body, an unfolding device and an unlocking device, the unfolding device and the unlocking device are both arranged on the structure main body, and the structure main body is of a boss structure; the unfolding device comprises a sail surface and a sensor; the sail surface is fixed on the structure main body, the sail surface has two states: an unfolded state and a contracted state, the unfolded state is a single-circle plane state so as to form an annular deorbit sail, and the contracted state is that the single-circle plane area of the sail surface is reduced by folding so that the sail surface can be stored in a space smaller than the single-circle plane area of the sail surface in the unfolded state; the sensor is arranged on the structure body and used for recognizing the contraction state and the expansion state of the sail face. The unlocking device is used for storing the sail face in the contracted state and releasing the sail face to the unfolded state and comprises a hot knife resistor, a locking rope and a constraint heat insulation cover. And the constraint heat insulation cover is mounted on the structure main body and accommodates the sail surface in a compressed state.
