The invention relates to the production field of ocean engineering, in particular to a multi-propeller cooperative underwater vehicle which comprises an equipment compartment and a battery compartment arranged in the equipment compartment, a holder compartment is mounted at the front end of the equipment compartment, mounting seats are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the equipment compartment, hydrofoil fins are arranged at the left end and the right end of the equipment compartment, and a propeller is arranged in the battery compartment. Each propelling assembly is divided into the front propelling assembly and the rear propelling assembly in a full-vector layout mode, the arrangement mode can counteract reaction torque generated by rotation of propellers and can also counteract water flow disturbance generated by each propelling assembly, meanwhile, water inlets of the front propelling assemblies are concentrated, water outlets are diverged outwards, and therefore water flow disturbance generated by the propellers can be counteracted. Water inlets of the rear propelling assembly group diverge, drained water is concentrated inwards, it is guaranteed that water flow generated by the front propelling assembly does not interfere with the rear propelling assembly and the front propelling assembly, the underwater vehicle can run stably, and the underwater vehicle can move at six degrees of freedom through the synergistic effect of the eight propelling assemblies.
