The invention provides a method for mounting an outfitting on a multi-thickness splicing structure, which comprises the following steps of: S1, after a watertight sliding door is perforated and positioned, repairing and welding a local filling panel in a hole edge mounting area to make up the thickness difference of the panel; s2, the watertight sliding door frame and the supplemented local filling panel are welded, a welding seam influence area needs to be treated, surface paint needs to be polished away, and the natural color of metal is exposed; and S3, the guide rail fixing plate is welded and fixed to a deck or a bulkhead reinforcing rib, and then the tail end of the guide rail is fixed to the guide rail fixing plate. According to the method for installing the outfitting piece on the multi-thickness splicing structure, through the design that the local filling-in panel is subjected to repair welding to level the thickness difference of the ship body plate, the installation environment of large outfitting pieces such as a watertight sliding door is effectively improved, normal use of equipment is ensured, and modification of a large-area ship body structure is effectively avoided.

    本发明提供一种舾装件在多厚度拼接结构上的安装方法,包括以下步骤:S1:在水密滑门开孔定位完成后,在孔边安装区域补焊局部补平面板补齐板厚差;S2:将水密滑门门框与增补后的局部补平面板进行焊接,焊缝影响区域应进行处理,表面油漆应打磨掉,显露金属本色;S3:将导轨固定板焊接固定在甲板或舱壁加强筋上,再将导轨末端固定在导轨固定板上。本发明提供一种舾装件在多厚度拼接结构上的安装方法,通过补焊局部补平面板找平船体板厚差的设计,有效了改善了水密滑门等大型舾装件的安装环境,确保设备的正常使用,有效避免了大面积船体结构的修改。
