The floating platform of the underwater robot comprises a winding reel, a cavity formed in the top of the winding reel and a counterweight frame arranged at the bottom of the winding reel, and the cavity is of a hemispherical structure and is fixed to the winding reel in a clamped mode; a cavity is formed in the upper surface of the winding reel, a solar cell panel and a charging control unit are arranged on the upper surface of the winding reel, the solar cell panel is contained in the cavity, a plurality of equipment mounting ports are formed between the cavity and the winding reel, and the equipment mounting ports are electrically connected with the solar cell panel.
