The invention discloses a new energy automobile driving motor safety management system and method based on intelligent control, particularly relates to the technical field of driving motors, and provides an important basis for evaluating mechanical interaction between motors by obtaining mechanical transmission coupling information to calculate a mechanical transmission coupling coefficient; electrical coupling coefficients are calculated by acquiring electrical coupling information among the motors in the multi-motor driving system, transmission and influence of electrical signals among the motors are further revealed, and abnormity in an electrical system is recognized; control coupling information among motors in a multi-motor driving system is obtained to calculate a control coupling coefficient to quantify the coupling degree of motor control signals, cooperative control behaviors among the motors are determined, each motor provides independent fault information, and a mechanical transmission coupling coefficient, an electrical coupling coefficient and the control coupling coefficient are synthesized to realize cooperative control of the motors. A single-point cooperative fault discrimination model is constructed, and a single-point motor fault and a system cooperative fault can be effectively distinguished.

    本发明公开了基于智能控制的新能源汽车驱动电机安全管理系统及方法,具体涉及驱动电机技术领域,通过获取机械传动耦合信息计算机械传动耦合系数,为评估电机间的机械相互作用提供重要依据;通过获取多电机驱动系统中电机间的电气耦合信息计算电气耦合系数进一步揭示电机间电气信号的传递与影响,帮助识别电气系统中的异常;通过获取多电机驱动系统中电机间的控制耦合信息计算控制耦合系数量化电机控制信号的耦合程度,明确电机间的协同控制行为,每个电机提供独立的故障信息,综合机械传动耦合系数、电气耦合系数和控制耦合系数,构建单点协同故障甄别模型,能够有效区分单点电机故障与系统协同故障。
