The invention relates to the technical field of tire manufacturing, in particular to application of micro-nano reclaimed rubber in preparation of solid tire core rubber or solid tire crown rubber. Compared with solid tire crown rubber and solid tire core rubber prepared by using a traditional tire reclaimed rubber technology, the micro-nano reclaimed rubber is introduced into the solid tire crown rubber or solid tire core rubber formula, so that the Mooney viscosity of the solid tire crown rubber and the solid tire core rubber is remarkably reduced; meanwhile, the energy consumption caused by the use of TRR in the preparation process is also effectively reduced, the environmental pollution is greatly reduced, and particularly, the generation of wastewater is remarkably reduced.

    本发明涉及轮胎制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种微纳再生胶在制备实心轮胎胎芯胶或实心轮胎胎冠胶中的应用。相较于应用传统轮胎再生胶技术制备的实心轮胎胎冠胶和实心轮胎胎芯胶,本发明通过将微纳再生胶引入实心轮胎胎冠胶或实心轮胎胎芯胶配方中,显著降低了实心轮胎胎冠胶和实心轮胎胎芯胶的门尼粘度,进而提升了硫化效率以及耐撕裂性能和耐老化性能,同时本发明还有效减少了在制备过程中使用TRR所带来的能耗,大幅度降低了环境污染,特别是显著减少了废水的产生。
