The invention discloses a landing leg interlocking control device and an engineering machine. The device comprises horizontal/vertical switching main handles arranged on the left side of the engineering machine and horizontal/vertical switching auxiliary handles arranged on the right side of the engineering machine. The right front horizontal/vertical switching main handle and the right rear horizontal/vertical switching main handle are connected with the landing leg valve group through a first self-locking mechanism; the left front horizontal/vertical switching auxiliary handle and the left rear horizontal/vertical switching auxiliary handle are connected with the supporting leg valve set through a second self-locking mechanism. The first self-locking mechanism is used for enabling the right horizontal supporting leg not to act when the right horizontal supporting leg is operated on the left side; the second self-locking mechanism is used for enabling the left horizontal supporting leg not to act when the left horizontal supporting leg is operated on the right side. On the basis of not changing the operation habits of clients and the integrated design of the landing leg valve, the left and right interlocking function when the horizontal oil cylinders of the landing legs fail in one-way operation reversing and different-side operation reversing is achieved, meanwhile, synchronous stretching and retracting of the vertical oil cylinders are not affected, the operation safety of the landing legs is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
本发明公开一种支腿互锁操纵装置及工程机械,装置包括:设置在工程机械左侧的各水平/垂直切换主手柄,右侧的各水平/垂直切换副手柄;右前水平/垂直切换主手柄和右后水平/垂直切换主手柄采用第一自锁机构与支腿阀组连接;左前水平/垂直切换副手柄和左后水平/垂直切换副手柄采用第二自锁机构与支腿阀组连接;第一自锁机构用于在左侧操纵右侧水平支腿时,右侧水平支腿不动作;第二自锁机构用于在右侧操纵左侧水平支腿时,左侧水平支腿不动作。本发明在不改变客户操纵习惯及支腿阀集成化设计的基础上,实现支腿水平油缸单方向操作换向,异侧操纵换向失效的左右互锁功能,同时不影响垂直油缸的同步伸缩,提升了支腿作业安全性,降低了生产成本。
