The invention discloses a counterweight control method, device and equipment for engineering machinery and a storage medium thereof, and relates to the technical field of engineering machinery. The method comprises the following steps: segmenting and extracting a preliminary outline of a counterweight oil cylinder and a preliminary outline of a limiting clamping groove in a video frame based on an image recognition model; fitting a complete outline of the counterweight oil cylinder according to the preliminary outline of the counterweight oil cylinder and a common oil cylinder shape template; performing curve fitting on the initial contour of the limiting clamping groove to determine a complete contour of the limiting clamping groove; the distance between the counterweight oil cylinder and the limiting clamping groove is determined according to the complete contour of the counterweight oil cylinder and the complete contour of the limiting clamping groove; and the relative positions of the counterweight oil cylinder and the limiting clamping groove are adjusted according to the distance so as to realize counterweight hanging. According to the method, automatic mounting of the counterweight can be achieved in an image capturing and recognizing mode, and the adverse effect of electromagnetic interference signals in the environment on determination of the distance between the counterweight oil cylinder and the counterweight when the distance between the counterweight oil cylinder and the counterweight is determined through a radio device is avoided.

    本申请公开了一种用于工程机械的配重控制方法、装置、设备及其存储介质,涉及工程机械技术领域。上述方法包括:基于图像识别模型分割提取视频帧中的配重油缸初步轮廓和限位卡槽初步轮廓;根据配重油缸初步轮廓和常见油缸形状模版拟合出配重油缸的完整轮廓;对限位卡槽初步轮廓进行曲线拟合,以确定限位卡槽的完整轮廓;根据配重油缸的完整轮廓和限位卡槽的完整轮廓确定配重油缸和限位卡槽之间的间距;根据间距调节配重油缸和限位卡槽的相对位置以实现配重挂载。上述方法可通过图像捕捉识别的方式实现配重自动挂载,并避免了使用无线电装置确定配重油缸和配重之间的距离时,环境中的电磁干扰信号对配重油缸和配重距离确定所造成的不良影响。
