A lifting appliance structure is matched with an embedded part embedded in a guardrail, and lifting hooks are arranged at the two end points and the middle point of a connecting rope; two opposite forces are respectively generated on the two sides of the guardrail between the lifting appliance structures and the cranes on the two sides of the guardrail, so that the clamping and locking of the guardrail are realized; the optimal driving route from the placing position of the guardrail as a starting point to the mounting position of the guardrail as a midpoint of the crane is realized through a route planning module, so that the influence of environmental factors on the stability of the guardrail is reduced; then, a leveling module implementation module of a control system of the crane calculates the inclination angle and the ground contact area after the guardrail is lifted according to the three-dimensional model so as to estimate the balance state of the guardrail, an adjustment scheme is generated for the unbalanced guardrail, and the unbalanced guardrail is leveled; therefore, the ground contact area of the guardrail is not damaged when the guardrail is put down.
